Noblegen supports Scawfell Genetics with liquid nitrogen generators
Scawfell Genetics, in Cumbria, took delivery of two Noblegen LN40AC liquid nitrogen generators to use in their animal genetics company. Located in a remote farm, deliveries of liquid nitrogen were inconsistent and expensive for the team at Scawfell Genetics, but Noblegen has been able to assist them by providing two LN40AC liquid nitrogen generators.
The two generators were installed on the farm under purpose-built shelters and were automatically run to produce liquid nitrogen in a storage tank for use. Eliminating the deliveries was not only good for the team at Scawfell Genetics who were always unsure if the delivery would even arrive, but it also removes another truck from the roads helping to reduce environmental impact.
On-site liquid nitrogen generation is growing throughout the UK as well as the world with Noblegen now reaching over 150 generators manufactured and delivered from its manufacturing center in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear.
Most generators are shipped to remote locations around the world where liquid nitrogen is difficult to obtain but as we all make a more concerted effort to be more environmentally friendly, Noblegen’s generators are a real alternative for a long term, sustainable utility supply.
